James 5:7
"Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain."

Be patient, then, brothers and sisters, until the Lord’s coming. See how the farmer waits for the land to yield its valuable crop, patiently waiting for the autumn and spring rains. Spiritual growth takes time. Don't dig up the seed to see if it's growing.

Father, grant me the patience of a farmer. Help me to trust the process of growth. I wait for Your timing and Your rain. Amen.
