Isaiah 61:1
"The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;"

The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me, because the Lord has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. Christ came with a mission: to bind up the brokenhearted and set captives free. His purpose is your freedom.

Lord, thank You for Your anointed mission. Heal my broken heart. Set me free from my chains. I receive Your good news today. Amen.
