I JOHN

I John 2

1My little children, I write these things to you so that you may not sin. If anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ, the righteous.
1 Timothy 2:5, 1 Timothy 2:5, Romans 8:34, Romans 8:34, John 14:6
2And he is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not for ours only, but also for the whole world.
1 John 4:14, 1 John 4:14, 1 Peter 3:18, 1 Peter 3:18, 1 John 4:10
3This is how we know that we know him: if we keep his commandments.
John 14:15, John 14:15, John 15:10, John 15:10, Luke 6:46
4One who says, "I know him," and does not keep his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.
1 John 1:6, 1 John 1:6, Titus 1:16, Titus 1:16, James 2:14
5But whoever keeps his word, God's love has truly been perfected in him. This is how we know that we are in him:
John 14:23, John 14:23, John 14:21, John 14:21, Luke 11:28
6he who says he remains in him ought himself also to walk just like he walked.
1 Peter 2:21, 1 Peter 2:21, John 13:15, John 13:15, 1 Corinthians 11:1
7Beloved, I write no new commandment to you, but an old commandment which you had from the beginning. The old commandment is the word which you heard.
Mark 12:29, Mark 12:34, Leviticus 19:18, Mark 12:29, Mark 12:34
8Again, I write a new commandment to you, which is true in him and in you; because the darkness is passing away, and the true light already shines.
Ephesians 5:8, Ephesians 5:8, Romans 13:12, Romans 13:12, John 13:34
9He who says he is in the light and hates his brother, is in the darkness even until now.
1 John 4:20, 1 John 4:20, 1 John 2:11, 1 John 2:11, 1 John 3:13
10He who loves his brother remains in the light, and there is no occasion for stumbling in him.
1 John 3:14, 1 John 3:14, Romans 9:32, Romans 9:33, Romans 9:32
11But he who hates his brother is in the darkness, and walks in the darkness, and does not know where he is going, because the darkness has blinded his eyes.
John 12:35, John 12:35, Titus 3:3, Titus 3:3, Revelation 3:17
12I write to you, little children, because your sins are forgiven you for his name's sake.
Acts 10:43, Acts 10:43, Acts 13:38, Acts 13:38, Ephesians 1:7
13I am writing to you, fathers, because you know him who is from the beginning. I write to you, young men, because you have overcome the evil one. I write to you, little children, because you know the Father.
John 14:7, John 14:7, 1 John 2:14, 1 John 2:14, Luke 10:22
14I have written to you, fathers, because you know him who is from the beginning. I have written to you, young men, because you are strong, and the word of God remains in you, and you have overcome the evil one.
Psalms 119:11, Psalms 119:11, 1 John 2:13, 1 John 2:13, Colossians 3:16
15Do not love the world, neither the things that are in the world. If anyone loves the world, the Father's love is not in him.
James 4:4, James 4:4, Romans 12:2, Romans 12:2, Matthew 6:24
16For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not the Father's, but is the world's.
Romans 13:14, Romans 13:14, Galatians 5:17, Galatians 5:17, Psalms 119:36
17The world is passing away with its lusts, but he who does God's will remains forever.
Matthew 24:35, Matthew 24:35, Romans 12:2, Romans 12:2, 1 Corinthians 7:31
18Little children, these are the end times, and as you heard that the Anti-Christ is coming, even now many anti-Christs have arisen. By this we know that it is the final hour.
1 John 4:3, 1 John 4:3, 2 John 1:7, 2 John 1:7, 1 John 2:22
19They went out from us, but they did not belong to us; for if they had belonged to us, they would have continued with us. But they left, that they might be revealed that none of them belong to us.
Acts 20:30, Acts 20:30, 1 Corinthians 11:19, 1 Corinthians 11:19, Jude 1:19

John 14:26, John 14:26, 1 John 2:27, 1 John 2:27, 2 Corinthians 1:21
21I have not written to you because you do not know the truth, but because you know it, and because no lie is of the truth.
2 Peter 1:12, 2 Peter 1:12, Jude 1:5, Jude 1:5, Proverbs 1:5
22Who is the liar but he who denies that Jesus is the Christ? This is the Anti-Christ, he who denies the Father and the Son.
2 John 1:7, 2 John 1:7, 1 John 4:3, 1 John 4:3, 1 John 2:18
23Whoever denies the Son, the same does not have the Father. He who confesses the Son has the Father also.
1 John 4:15, 1 John 4:15, John 8:19, John 8:19, John 10:30
24As for you, let that remain in you which you heard from the beginning. If that which you heard from the beginning remains in you, you also will remain in the Son, and in the Father.

27As for you, the anointing which you received from him remains in you, and you do not need for anyone to teach you. But as his anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is no lie, and even as it taught you, you remain in him.
John 14:26, John 14:26, 1 John 2:20, 1 John 2:21, 1 John 2:20
