GALATIANS

Galatians 2

1Then after a period of fourteen years I went up again to Jerusalem with Barnabas, taking Titus also with me.
Galatians 2:3, Galatians 2:3, Galatians 2:13, Acts 4:36, Acts 4:37
2I went up by revelation, and I explained to them the Good News which I proclaim among the Gentiles, but privately before those who were respected, for fear that I might be running, or had run, in vain.
Galatians 2:6, Galatians 2:6, Philippians 2:16, Philippians 2:16, 1 Thessalonians 3:5
3But not even Titus, who was with me, being a Greek, was compelled to be circumcised.
Acts 16:3, Galatians 5:2, Galatians 5:6, Acts 16:3, Galatians 5:2
4This was because of the false brothers secretly brought in, who stole in to spy out our liberty which we have in Christ Jesus, that they might bring us into bondage;
Jude 1:4, Jude 1:4, Galatians 5:1, Galatians 5:1, 2 Corinthians 11:26
5to whom we gave no place in the way of subjection, not for an hour, that the truth of the Good News might continue with you.
Galatians 4:16, Galatians 2:14, Galatians 4:16, Galatians 2:14, Colossians 2:4
6But from those who were reputed to be important (whatever they were, it makes no difference to me; God does not show partiality to man)-they, I say, who were respected imparted nothing to me,
Galatians 2:2, Galatians 2:2, Acts 10:34, Acts 10:34, 2 Corinthians 12:11
7but to the contrary, when they saw that I had been entrusted with the Good News for the uncircumcision, even as Peter with the Good News for the circumcision
Acts 9:15, Acts 9:15, 1 Thessalonians 2:4, Galatians 1:16, 1 Timothy 2:7
8(for he who appointed Peter to be an apostle of the circumcision appointed me also to the Gentiles);
Acts 9:15, Acts 9:15, Acts 19:11, Acts 19:12, Acts 15:12
9and when they perceived the grace that was given to me, Jacob and Cephas and John, they who were reputed to be pillars, gave to me and Barnabas the right hand of fellowship, that we should go to the Gentiles, and they to the circumcised.
Romans 12:3, Romans 12:3, Revelation 3:12, Revelation 3:12, Romans 1:5
10They only asked us to remember the poor-which very thing I was also zealous to do.
Acts 24:17, Acts 24:17, Hebrews 13:16, 1 John 3:17, 2 Corinthians 8:1
11But when Cephas came to Antioch, I resisted him to his face, because he stood condemned.
1 Timothy 5:20, 1 Timothy 5:20, 2 Corinthians 5:16, Galatians 2:14, Acts 15:1
12For before some people came from Jacob, he ate with the Gentiles. But when they came, he drew back and separated himself, fearing those who were of the circumcision.
Acts 10:28, Acts 10:28, Luke 15:2, Luke 15:2, Acts 11:2
13And the rest of the Jewish believers joined him in his hypocrisy; so that even Barnabas was carried away with their hypocrisy.
1 Corinthians 15:33, 1 Corinthians 15:33, Ephesians 4:14, Ephesians 4:14, 1 Corinthians 5:6
14But when I saw that they did not walk uprightly according to the truth of the Good News, I said to Cephas before them all, "If you, being a Jew, live as the Gentiles do, and not as the Jews do, how can you compel the Gentiles to live as the Jews do?
Galatians 2:5, Galatians 2:5, Acts 10:28, Acts 15:10, Acts 15:11
15"We, being Jews by birth, and not Gentile sinners,
Titus 3:3, Ephesians 2:3, Titus 3:3, Ephesians 2:3, Romans 3:9
16yet knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law but through faith in Jesus Christ, even we believed in Christ Jesus, that we might be justified by faith in Christ, and not by the works of the law, because no flesh will be justified by the works of the law.
Philippians 3:9, Philippians 3:9, Psalms 143:2, Psalms 143:2, 1 Peter 1:18
17But if, while we sought to be justified in Christ, we ourselves also were found sinners, is Christ a servant of sin? Certainly not!
Romans 6:1, Romans 6:2, Romans 6:1, Romans 6:2, 1 John 3:8
18For if I build up again those things which I destroyed, I prove myself a law-breaker.
Galatians 4:9, Galatians 4:12, Galatians 4:9, Galatians 4:12, Galatians 2:4
19For I, through the law, died to the law, that I might live to God.
Romans 7:4, Romans 7:4, Romans 6:2, Romans 6:2, 1 Thessalonians 5:10
20I have been crucified with Christ, and it is no longer I that live, but Christ living in me. That life which I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself up for me.
Galatians 5:24, Galatians 5:24, 2 Corinthians 5:15, 2 Corinthians 5:15, Romans 6:4
21I do not make void the grace of God. For if righteousness is through the law, then Christ died for nothing!"
Romans 11:6, Romans 11:6, Galatians 3:21, Galatians 3:21, Hebrews 7:11
