When an individual handles their motivations with a focus on reaching the requirements of the kingdom, they discovery that their journey leads toward a state of spiritual maturity and a lack of authentic peace for their entire village. In contrast, the person who handles their presence with a lack of boundaries and associates with gluttons brings deep humiliation to their household. This condition acts as a source of blindness, as it treats the temporary gratification of the self as if it were a genuine source of security rather than a movement of the soul away from the light. To value the acquisition of a quiet and steady mind more than the pursuit of personal recognition is a Mark of spiritual maturity and a sign of the divine favor throughout the generations. Real stability is found locally when the heart is anchored in the character of the Creator.

The one who keeps (no-ser) the law (to-rah) is a son of understanding (me-bin), but a companion (ro-eh) of gluttons shames his father.
