What Does Proverbs 28:2 Mean?

When a land (e-res) rebels (be-fe-sha), it has many rulers (sa-rim), but with a man of understanding (me-bin) and knowledge (da-at), stability will long continue. This highlights the connection between our mental discipline and the health of our domestic life throughout every season. The Father acts as the witness and the judge of every heart, providing a reliable guide for the individual who is humble enough to seek his face with a sincere spirit. To choose a path of transparency with oneself is a Mark of a soul that has found its rest in the divine character.
