What Does Proverbs 25:10 Mean?

The individual who reveals the secrets of another and acts with a lack of genuine kindness eventually discovers that their behavior results in a state of personal and communal isolation that no human resource can repair. When someone allows their motivations to be governed by a spirit of deception and a desire for power, the village recognizes their behavior as a source of pollution that threatens the peace of the household. Lest he who hears you bring shame (ye-has-se-dek-ka) upon you, and your ill repute (di-Bat-e-ka) have no end.
