A heart at peace gives life to the body, but envy rots the bones. Envy is a bone-disease; contentment is a life-giver. Gratitude turns what we have into enough.

Father, heal my bones from the rot of envy. Give me a peaceful, contented heart. Help me to celebrate what I have rather than complaining about what I lack. Amen.
