Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful. Gratitude creates an atmosphere where peace can govern. Worry cannot survive in a thankful heart.

Lord Jesus, let Your peace act as the umpire in my heart. I choose thankfulness over anxiety. Establish Your rule within me. Amen.
