Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. Don't focus on the decay of the temporary; focus on the daily renovation of your spirit by God's grace.

Lord, renew my spirit today. When I feel worn out physically or emotionally, breathe fresh life into my inner man. I will not lose heart because You are making me new. Amen.
