"彼は悪いおとずれを恐れず、その心は主に信頼してゆるがない。"

彼は悪い知らせを恐れず、主に信頼して、その心は揺るがない。堕落した世界において、悪い知らせは避けられない。しかし、恐怖は選択可能である。揺るがない心は悪い知らせに免疫があるわけではない。それは良き知らせ（福音）にしっかりと錨を下ろしているのである。
