"互に愛し合うことの外は、何人にも借りがあってはならない。人を愛する者は、律法を全うするのである。"

だれに対しても、何の借りもあってはなりません。ただし、互いに愛し合うことについては別です。金銭的な負債は重荷だが、愛の負債は喜びである。神が最初に私たちの負債を払ってくださったので、私たちは他者に愛という借金がある。
